Lost connection to MagicMouse unable to reconnect

Since I use El Capitan often the connection of the magic mouse is lost even when the mouse stand still on the table and has not been touched or moved.

When I try to reconnect the mouse to my MBP 13 Retina late 2012 it doesn´t work

. I have turned off and on bluetooth, turned off and on the mouse. I removed the batteries from the mouse and tried again. Nothing works.

Only restart of the MBP brings back the connection !

Does others users have the same experience ?

The lost connection happens at least every day and I need to restart the system to keep on working with the mouse.

In Yosemite I was able to reconnect easily !!

What happens ?
