Q: I want to buy a new MacBook Pro but I don't know whether some data in iPhoto will transfer over. Can you help?

I use the "Descriptions" field a lot in iPhoto. Does Photos import the data in that field if I switch to Photos?

MacBookPro 17, Mac OS X (10.6.1)

But that article does not mention Descriptions specifically. So if you could expand on it, please? Is that field included in "most Metadata" or not?
