So a lot of urine got onto my iPad screen and I immediately turned it off and wiped it off with a wet microfiber cloth. Should I disinfect my screen right now or leave it as it is. If I disinfect it, what should I use?

Take it the Apple Store and ask them to examine.
Urine is highly corrosive especially to electronic circuitry and components.
If any manage to get inside, the only solution will be an out of warranty replacement.

"Just a little" is all it takes to completely destroy electronics. Take it to Apple. Anything you can do will either destroy it or not be enough to save it.

WHen the urine git there, it was only on the screen for sure. I wiped it off the sside with no ports. Some of the water from the cloth may have gotten into the speakers, but that's all

Wipe it off with a tissue.
I was expecting you to say toilet paper.

I will take it the Apple Store, but I have very little time, and the only chance is next Friday, that's why I can't do anything but try to use solutions at home.
It is your iPad. You have to do what you can do.
I will not be the one to ask how this happened?? We may be better off not knowing...
