keyboard switching to lower case letters after typing the first letter

When sending a text, the keyboard is all upper case and as soon as you type the first letter, it switching to all lower case letters on the display. It used to stay on all caps until I downloaded the latest update?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2, keyboard display when typing

Settings>General>Accessibility>Keyboard>Show lower case letters>Off. That will take you back to what it looked like before iOS 9.
