I have a problem with an iPhone 4s of batery in iOS 9.0.2

I have a problem with an iPhone 4s. After I did the upgrade to iOS 9.0.2 battery charge my cell no more than 20% and no sound works. It is as if a headset connected all the time. what can I do?

Hello there el hetorin81,


It sounds like you are having two issues; the first being that you cannot seem to get your phone to charge beyond 20%, and the second being that you don't get any sound from your speaker on your phone. For the first issue I would start by quitting the Settings app:


Force an app to close in iOS

1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.


When you have done that force restart the device with the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons and test the issue again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
