My iPhone 5C won't keep the right time.

My iPhone 5C has stopped keeping time. When I lock it, it loses time, yet when it is set to airplane mode, it will. Even the stopwatch will stop counting when it is locked. How can i fix this. I have restored it to factory settings, backed it up, erased all my stuff off of it, and it is still not working. It has been inconsistent with wifi since this problem started as well. I have the latest update, 9.0.2

Please help me, I can not afford a new phone at this point in time....

I have tried all of these, and now it won't keep time when it is unlocked either. My phone has completely stopped keeping time at this point
