Oct 20, 2015 12:44 AM in response to waiz.naveedby King_Penguin,If he's lost his iPad (or had it stolen) then he won't be able to try and potentially locate it unless he had enabled Settings > iCloud > Find My iPad on it - which if he didn't have an iTunes account he couldn't have done. (But if he did then he could try locating it either via http://www.icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone app on another iOS device, though they will only potentially work if it's connected to a network.)
If it was stolen he should report it to the police. He should also change any email account passwords, and any passwords that he'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc., and if it was a cellular model he should also contact his carrier.
