Yes, AirDrop works using an iPhone 6S.

using el capitain ,im try too made may mac discoverabile but Mac doesn't see my iphone 6s

my mac have 3 years im read Apple support instructions :he wrote if you see button airdrop airdrop must work but doesn't im see in finder in sharing settings but not working

Can you do Go > AIrDrop from the Finder's menu in the Mac?

Do you have WiFi and Bluetooth turned "on" on both the Mac and iPhone?

yes im go to airdop in finder but im doesn't see functions in the bootom make discoverabile
for everyone .May mac is wirless Bluetooth and wi fi worked nonstop
