iCloud does not work in synchronizing notes

I am using iCloud on Chrome.

I have iCloud-Notes opened on 2 tabs.

If I add a text to a note on the first tab, and then i refresh the second tab, then the second tab does not show the note updated.

There is no way to synchronize notes in this way?

Very disappointed :-(
