Q: Brand new charger no light

Hi,

I've got a problem with my rMBP 13" Late 2013 (under OS X El Capitan). My charger were not charging my Mac (I have to disconnect / reconnect it often to make it charge), so I took it to the Apple Store, and they gave me a new one. This new one has the same problem, so I think it's not my charger but my MagSafe 2 connection which is not working as good as it had to.

Have you ever had this problem ? I already reset SMC and PRAM, update to El Capitan, nothing changed. And my warranty is off...

Can you help me ?

Thanks by advance (and sorry for my bad english ._. )

Check the pins in the connection that goes to the MBP.  They are spring loaded and should move freely.  If available, try it on another Mac.

Examine the connection on the MBP.  It it free of debris and look for any discoloration.

Open System Information>Power.  What is the battery ststus/

    Run Apple Diagnostics:

You may have to make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar.

    Ciao.
