Q: Can't connect my mac to iCloud

I recently reinstalled OS X and didnt get anythig through icloud. When i reconnected my mac to iCloud, i got this error message:

"You cant sign in right now"

"try to logging in again"

This was two days ago.

Some Websites, such as  apple support communities are not accessible via safari either:

"Safari cant connect to ... because safari cant build up any safe connection to this server.

I checked date and time and switched them to automatic, but this didn't help either.

Does anyone know a solution?
