My PC is not working right now and I can only use my iPhone. I'd like to stop a TV series I have a multipass for to stop renewing. I can't seem to find a way to do so, since "View Apple ID" in the App Store and iTunes Store apps don't include a "Subscriptions" option.
I know this is old, but did anybody get the answer? I am trying to stop a subscription from automatically billing/cancel the subscription.
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support (doesn't look like it applies to multi-pass)

Go to itunes bottom of page Apple ID
Click on that go to manage subscriptions turn the ones off
You don't want to renew.

No such category to tap, Brian, as I stated. Here's what my View ID options look like:
I know you're not trying to change your country, but this article, about changing your country, seems to imply you cannot turn off a Multi-Pass: If you can’t change your iTunes Store country or region - Apple Support
The important part is:
"You must wait for the pass to be completed. When there isn't anything under Current Passes, you can change the country or region of your account."
If it's that important, I would contact Apple and see what they can do: https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
Seems like some weird glaring oversight in the interface. I am NOT trying to cancel a multipass in the middle of a set of episodes; I simply want to disable automatic renewal so I don't get charged for the next batches of episodes I no longer want.
Have you worked it out? I am having the same problem.
