How to download documents from iCloud?

hello I would like to know how can I access to my documents in iCloud storage.

If I click manage storage than I can see my documents, but I can not downloaded them...

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2

You can install iCloud for Windows and then access them as described in the following: Set up and use iCloud for Windows - Apple Support

Or you can use a computer browser and go to https://www.icloud.com/ and then download them manually from the iCloud Drive app there.

I Am perfectly aware of these steps 😊

I have a problem that I see my certain documents only if I go to settigs-icloud-storage-manage storage and there are my documents, but I can only delete them, I cant downloaded them.

If I click icloud app on phone there my documents arent there.
