NetRestore Error in El Capitan

I have a netrestore image loaded on an El Capitan server that will restore a group of computers exactly as they need to be.

The first time I boot to this image by holding alt after powering the system on and selecting the NetRestore, it will error. I reboot the machine, do the same procedure and it images the computer correctly.

Am I missing something? It's done this now on 22 machines in a row.

Mac Pro, iMac, Macbook Pro, Mac Mini, iBook, iPhone, iPod Video 30g, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

You won't get an error on the server. All it's doing is hosting the image.

Depending on how far it got before the error occurs, you'll get one of two states on the client. In the first state, you'll probably see a relatively unhelpful error message and no option other than to reboot. In the second state, you can hit Cmd-L to bring up the install log, which will give you a bunch of detail as to exactly why it failed.
