Invalid License Key!!

Ok, I'm SUPER stumped. So I take these classes online. It's been a handful of months since I last watched any videos but a week or so ago I jumped back on to watch some and in the video player it says "Error setting up player: Invalid License Key". NEVER had this problem before! Made sure everything was updated...saw that OS X needed updating so I figured it was that..went to El Capitan. Nope. Still have the problem. Made sure flash player was updated...nope, not that either. Contacted the class website and they said that it's not on their end since I tried on another computer and it worked (which is true!... so yes, I figured it was my computer). Looked up the problem.... some said to clear cookies/cache/etc...tried it all. Still nothing. They use a JW player. go to the jw player site and same thing popped up on their website video player. Tried in Safari, Firefox and Chrome...nada. Anyone have suggestions?! Thanks in advance!
