Cancel an app with no access?

hi I recently broke my iphone 6 and thats going to be out of action until i can afford the repair so I'm back to the Iphone 4. Problem is installed an app on the 6 on a 30 day trial. Now its charging me and I cant delete it as its not on my phone!
