Q: Recovering Disk Space

I am running our of space on my iMac (Yosemite os). I have tried running scripts, repairing my disks and running utilities. But still half of my space (250gb drive with 200gb partition) is used but the files using it are not identifiable and I am shown as having only 50gb left.

Any thoughts please would be very helpful.
