Cant see my iphone 6 in itunes when conected to my computer

I cant see my Iphone 6 when i connect it to my microsoft surface computer with windows ten. although it is charging and also a pop up comes out on my phone screen if i will allow photos to be transferred to this computer.......instead of asking if this computer is trusted.
