Unable to watch videos from my camera roll

I just recently got a new phone and after backing up all my photos and videos I found that some videos aren't working.
I never had an issue viewing these videos from my camera roll in the past, and now I can't watch them.

I tried to get them from my iTunes, but it says that it is incompatible.

How do I fix these videos?
