ipad air 2 cellular problem after updating to ios 9.0.2

hi there

i have ipad air 2

i had LTE activated and working on ipad before updating

after updating it just shows 3G and no LTE connection .

i reset apn setting. restart ipad. turning off-on ipad.

change to a new sim car.

everything i did but still 3G

there is no problem to others using the same simcard and operator . they don't have any LTE problem. i mean it is not from the operator .

please help .

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It is my understanding you are not able to connect to LTE with the iPad. I would recommend you read this article, it should be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.


If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support

If you can connect to 3G but not 4G LTE

Make sure that your device is compatible with LTE. Go to Settings > Cellular > Enable LTE. Identify your iPhone and compare its model number with the list of supported LTE carriers for your country or location. Or identify your iPad and compare its model number with the list of supported LTE carriers for your country location. LTE options might vary depending on your carrier's network.
