Please specify what is the version of the OS X on your mac and the version of Safari. Safari comes with OS X. If you wish to update to the latest Safari version you should update your OS X.

Obviously you do not have enough free space to upgrade to El Capitan. Safari 9.0 comes with El Capitan.
Get the latest version of Safari for your Mac - Apple Support
Upgrade to El Capitan and you will get the latest Safari.

Yeah, but I try to update to El Capitan and there's no space to install it =/
I wouldn't mind not updating, but I can't open my safari because it says it is `been updated` and it is not =/

Sure!
I`m from Brazil, so my version is in Portuguese. Translated is something like: Safari is being updated. Safari can't be opened while it is being updated.
