Q: Health App

My Health app is not updating.

Today is 20th October 2015 and my health dashboard is not updated since 17th October 2015. All my services for the health app are turned on and I also have and apple watch, unfortunately and for reasons that I am not aware for 3 days no new data are stored at my health app.

Any suggestions? I already tried to reboot my Iphone and Apple watch but with no results.

Using IOS 9.0.2 for Iphone 6 and IOS 2.0 for Apple Watch

    Greetings Nick0302,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that the Health app on your iPhone doesn’t seem to be tracking your movement data for the past few days. The first step I would suggest in this situation would be to check the settings to ensure that Fitness Tracking is enabled.

Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness. Ensure that Fitness Tracking, Health, and Apple Watch are all enabled.

Hi Joe_7399, thanks for you help.

Unfortunately these are all turned on and I can't figure out why the Iphone is no longer recording my data.

i have rebooted my phone and my apple watch and even restaured to original configurations but without success.

    Cheers

    Nick
