I understand that the Health app on your iPhone doesn’t seem to be tracking your movement data for the past few days. The first step I would suggest in this situation would be to check the settings to ensure that Fitness Tracking is enabled.
Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness. Ensure that Fitness Tracking, Health, and Apple Watch are all enabled.

Unfortunately these are all turned on and I can't figure out why the Iphone is no longer recording my data.
i have rebooted my phone and my apple watch and even restaured to original configurations but without success.
