MBP ejects sd card when going to sleep (El Capitan)

Since upgrading to El Capitan, the MBP ejects the sd card when going to sleep. Upon resuming from sleep, a notification states that the disk was improperly ejected. The card must be removed and re-inserted to have access to the card contents.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11)

I got the same problem, clean install it and now it's ok.

No problem when closing lid and reopen. (no more warning).
