From your post, I see that you are having a couple of different issues with your iPhone 6s. I know unforeseen situations can be frustrating, but we are here to help.
First, to troubleshoot the situation where your iPhone doesn’t change from portrait or landscape as you would expect I suggest reading over and working through the article below. If the steps do not help resolve the issue, be sure to try the steps in the Get more help section as well.
If the screen doesn't rotate on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
For the situation where you are receiving prompts to sign into the iTunes Store on your iPhone, I suggest signing out completely from Settings > iTunes & App Store and then signing back in fresh. This will ensure that the correct account is signed in correctly.
