Oct 21, 2015 7:00 AM in response to Jason Lby desertdaisie,Hi Jason,
Sorry, one of these worked. As per my original post, I have done just about everything. I contacted the App developer, Hearst Communications. They said that as I purchased through ITunes it was not their problem and I should go to Apple Support. They gave me links to non existent pages and a phone number in the UK which was out of date! I have had a previous subscription to this magazine and it is allowing me to download the previous 12 months issues. Can you offer further help? If not, how can I cancel and get my money back?

Oct 21, 2015 7:44 AM in response to Jason Lby desertdaisie,Hi, I have tried in vain to get in touch with Apple support. I have clicked on Give me a call, Email, Chat and get error messages on all of them. All links take me to a Portuguese site as I am currently in Portugal. I don't speak Portuguese. I'm at the end of my tether on this. How do I get anyone from Apple to get in touch with me?
