Q: Configuration profile writing wifi password instead of proxy password

We have just upgraded our proxy and caching server at our school to SuperLumin from BorderManager and we are having some difficulty getting our iPads (2nd and 3rd generation, wifi only, running iOS 9.0.2).  We are using Configurator 2 running on a Macbook Pro on El Capitan.  We use wifi access points that have one password, and the proxy server has a different password.  We are setting up the wifi access and proxy server access inside the WiFi section of the profile together as these devices are used only inside the school building.  What is happening is that the wifi password is being filled into the proxy server password box by the configuration profile, even though when we set up the config profile we properly fill in the passwords in their respective proper spots.  When I manually change the proxy password on the iPad, it authenticates fine.  I cannot figure out why the configuration profile is placing the wrong proxy password on the device.

Any help would be appreciated.
