Goood day, my ipad 4 went blank and in the background, Siri is still talking, but not responding to my command. I tried to put it off, but no way. I connected to my laptop, the laptop could see it, but cannot access the content. What do I do?

I am using 32Gig iPad 4, with the latest iOS.

The screen went blank and I don't know the exact cause. Whenever I press the home page button, Siri will talk, but it doesn't respond to command.

I Tried to switch it off and restart it, but failed to wok. I connected it to Laptop, but it couldn't access the ipad.

please, help.

Hi gadeeyo,

I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue with your iPad. If you are hearing a spoken voice like Siri (but not responding to commands) and your screen in blank/blacked out, you may want to check to see if the Screen Curtain function may have been accidentally turned on:

Turn the screen curtain on or off. Triple-tap with three fingers. When the screen curtain is on, the screen contents are active even though the display is turned off.

Use iPad with VoiceOver - iPad User Guide
