Q: MacBook Pro gets stuck with El Capital

After I installed "El Capitan" in my Early 2015 MacBookPro13, when the screen enters on off state after the screen saver and then I move the mouse or press any key, the computer gets stuck with black screen and the only thing I can see is the colorfull spining wheel mouse rotating and there is nothing I can do other than press the reset keys "cmd power btn" to shut down the computer. This always happens after the screen goes to the off state.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11), null

    Hi yuridek,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that your computer is having an issue booting back up after being shut down or going into a sleep mode. For this situation there are several different troubleshooting steps that I would suggest to troubleshoot.

        1. First, follow the instructions in this article to start in safe mode

        2. Next, reset your Mac’s SMC using the instructions in this article

        3. Now reset you computer’s NVRAM by following the instructions here

If the issue continues, I would also suggest reading over and working through the suggested steps in the following article as well.
