One of these will fix your webcam problem:

(1) If restarting your Mac doesn't fix the problem,

(2) use Apple's http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090.

(BTW - The Troubleshooting article calls the camera an "iSight". However, after the article was published, Apple has changed the built-in camera's name on newer Macs from "iSight" to "FaceTime" and then to "FaceTime HD." Regardless of the name of your built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)

Be sure to test more than one Apple app (Photo Booth, FaceTime, iMovie, QuickTime Player, etc.) in more than one user account. Do NOT use the "Guest" account for this test. If you do not have more than one user account for the testing, create a new one now. If you need help, how to do it is explained in http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201754.

A "Standard" user account is all you need for testing.

(3) If your cam won't work properly even with Apple apps, use OS X Recovery to completely reinstall your Mac OS. Don't bother testing Skype or other third-party apps until you have your camera working with Apple apps.

(4) If none of the above suggestions resolve your trouble, contact Apple or an Apple-Authorized Service Provider to have your Mac professionally serviced. Be sure to backup your Mac and deauthorize iTunes before tendering it for service.

N1CKN4M3 wrote:... have a Camera folder.. maby the new camera is located there?

Why do you say "new" camera? Is the camera giving trouble an external webcam or the one built into your Mac?

Your camera should be described in the System Information... > Hardware > Camera window pane:

User uploaded file

Your specific info will look different, but the image above of my info shows that a connected camera should show in the Camera item.

N1CKN4M3 wrote: ... under USB for the CAM. Nothing shows up ...

In addition to your camera folder, you should be able to also see some related camera information under USB:

User uploaded file

Again, your information will be different from mine, but the camera show show under USB if it is working.

If your camera is not showing up in the USB section, your Mac is not recognizing it. You likely need to contact Apple or an Apple-Authorized Service Provider to have your Mac professionally serviced. Be sure to backup your Mac and deauthorize iTunes before tendering it for service.

N1CKN4M3 wrote:... because there i got some information!?

I do not understand this. The camera "information" you write about could not be the Console info you post later.

If the "some information" you have is important to your problem, please paste the EXACT info into your reply. Also explain the source of the information.

We will try to offer specific help based on the details in your reply.

Thank you for your time!

In System info i found folder: Camera. In there i got information like you show.

But in folder USB i cannot find anything who looks like a Camera. (I have FaceTime, not isigth)

The code i pasted is from system messages.

It´s a log of everything that happends on the machine.

And this text is what happens when i try to load my camera in Photo Booth.

I was on the phone with apple and dig some reset stuff, i also re-installed my OSX.

But nothing worked.

I guess i have to leave it for hardware check, but i dont know if it´s worth it.

Maby i just buy a extern webcam.

You're welcome.

N1CKN4M3 wrote: ... in folder USB i cannot find anything who looks like a Camera...

Then you may have a hardware problem that requires professional service.

N1CKN4M3 wrote:...I guess i have to leave it for hardware check, but i dont know if it´s worth it...

Only you can make that decision. However, if you don't need the camera, the decision should be easy.

N1CKN4M3 wrote:..Maby i just buy a extern webcam.

If you decide to do this, take your MBP with you when you shop and and ask for a demonstration BEFORE you buy!

The problem may be with some part of your Mac other than your FaceTime camera. If so, an external cam will not work either.

I suffered from this symptom 4 days. The first day I did a research, the second day I reinstalled OS but nothing happened. The third day I used the Apple Chat service and they made me do a Disk check (From Applications -> Utilities) and then I restarted the Mac pressing D key to analyze if there was a hardware failure and there was no failure. I agreed in doing a backup and delete all the disk and install from scratch. In the fourth day I did my backup and suddenly the camera was working.... I only plugged and unplugged several disks....

I do not know if Apple people has access to my Mac to solve my problem behind the scenes.

Hope that it helps.
