When you change the country or region of an existing Apple ID, you must provide a payment method and update your billing options. If you want to remove your payment method after you change the country or region, you can change your payment information to None.

You can't use a US credit card with an Italian iTunes account (only a card issued by an Italian bank will be accepted with the Italian store). And I very much doubt that iTunes Support will transfer money between accounts that are in different countries - you also can't use the US store whilst you are in Italy, you can only use it when you are back in the US (being in a country is part of the store's terms).
