Hi, recently I tried to drag the " Download Folder " to the Bookmark Bar & when I did that the folder disappeared.
I tried to locate it in the Trash Bin but to no avail.
Pls help.

If you dragged it from the Dock, choose Home from the Finder’s Go menu and drag it from there instead. Dock icons are shortcuts, not actual files or folders.
If you dragged it from your home folder and it disappeared, choose New Folder from the File menu.

I cannot find the "New Folder" you spoke of under "File" menu.
Need clearer instructions.
I've nothing on the dock as well.
