Disk Utility Error: Is it safe to Repair Disk?

(I'm on a 27" late 2012 iMac, OSX 10.10.5 Yosemite)

I tried to install Windows 10 using Bootcamp Assistant, but it gave me an error during the partitioning stage.

I went into Disk Utility and deleted the half-finished partition, giving my startup disk the full amount of storage again.

Next, I tried to see what was causing the error in Disk Utility by running "Verify Disk."

When run on "Macintosh HD" it came back with no errors.

However, when run on the main "1 TB APPLE HDD..." it came back with two errors (pictured below) and asked me to click "Repair Disk."

If I click Repair Disk, is there a chance I'll lose data on my HD? I have a time machine backup just in case, but I hope it doesn't come to that...

I'm also worried because the error it pointed out is with my "Recovery HD" ...

I'd really appreciate some help, thanks!
