Q: youtube issue

why when i play videos on youtube ,it sometimes stops and i check wifi its working but when i press play it still doesnt work ,also most of time wifi shuts down itself despite it had a good signal??

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2

i ve tried everything still not solved it becoming consistent now that most of time it stops itself and you have to close video and open again...overall thanks for your reply
