Q: Photostream confusion with sharing to all my devices?

I have My Photo Stream turned on under Photos and it says it will automatically upload new photos and send them to all of your iCloud devices when contacted to Wi-Fi, though I do not see my photos and videos from my 6S+ on my iPad or my Mac. What am I missing here?
