Text bar popup

On ios9, there's a little bar that pops up on the bottom of the screen of my iPad when I type using my apple keyboard. It offers options to undo, redo, and paste on the left, and cursor arrows on the right. How do I make this permanently go away forever so that I never have to see it again as long as I live?
