I was an IOS 9.1 beta user. Then I restored my mobile to iOS 9.0.2. When I tried to download the previous music purchases, every song downloaded till the last byte and a message pops up that "Unable to download songs - items could not be downloaded this time".

I understand you were unable to download past purchases after going back to a current version. Since iOS 9.1 has been released, can you update to the public version of this iOS and attempt to download your past purchases again?
