Hi I cannot seems to find much about this, my Ipad is constantly showing "incorrect password" every time I try to connect to a wifi network. if there is no password I have no issues, but simply it becomes useless if i need a password for the wifi. please anyone help?

I've try all i can, restore, reset, and nothing seems to work. this happens after the ios upgrade, Is not phisical damage, it connect to any network without password. I am so frustrated. I can believe that i need to buy a new Ipad just for something that is probably a IOS bug.
