Q: OS X not starting up with stopped progress bar

Hello.

In my Macbook Pro Retina 13inch Late 2013, OS X cannot start up since 11 Oct 2015, and just shows the apple logo and a 1/5 progress bar.

I tried all of the methods which Apple suggested on their support page, but there's no progress.

Bootcamp works totally okay, so now I am using Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64bit on my Macbook.

And for some reason, I see two of "Mac HD"s in the OS selecting screen after those methods, also I see a Mac HD below Windows' "This PC" directory.

I wanted to write down my OS version, but because I cannot start up my OS X, I cannot see exactly which ver I was using.

I remember it was Yosemite and I didn't mean to upgrade to EC, though it might have upgraded automatically if there's such a function.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64bit
