I'm experiencing big troubles trying to install Windows 7 on my iMac 27" late 2013.
It seems that bootcamp package 5.1.5640 isn't the proper driver's package:
It's seems that the package has lots of problems. Any suggestion/experience?

The issues you describe could be due to improper installation of BC Drivers package. Can you check Bootcamp.xml on your USB Installer and look for Product Version entry?

I followed exactly the istructions above before asking support here but there should be some mistake because 5.1.5640 is not working.
I checked the xml and the version is 5.1.5640.
Any other suggestion?
Can you post a screen shot of the Device Manager with Display Adapter, HID Devices and Light Sensor expanded?
Here is the screenshot. Sorry for the italian. Anyway it seems to me that the OS is using the compatible driver and not the proper one. That's why I've lost plenty of functions and my graphic card doesn't work!!
1. You have the Standard VGA Adapter.
2. Was Windows installed using EFI Boot?

Can you run msinfo32 and check whether your installation is UEFI or BIOS?
From the OSX Terminal can you post the output of
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
"sudo" will prompt your for your password and will warn you about improper use.
Is it possible to re-install Windows 7?
I've installed it at least 3 times but if you think that I can change something to make it work correctly yes I can do it
1. Since you do not have an MBR, you reinstallation is EFI.
2. EFI installations do not expose hardware properly in some cases, even though your specific Mac Model supports both, which is a bit puzzling.
3. Before we install, we can try another test. From the USB Installer that you created for Windows 7, can you manually run the nVidia Installer?
