Q: Mac mini mid 2011 reset after waking up

Hi,

I have a problem with my Mac mini mid 2011 with HD6630m - after waking up it's getting lag and i have to restart it(holding power button).

If I wake it and go for a while it works OK. Restart is needed only if I use it just after waking up.

I have tried reseting PRAM and SMC.
