    Well, obviously no. On Apple TV 4 you only get access to Photostream (if you haven't turned it off because you use iCloud Photo Library) and Albums, but not your entire library like on iOS. Disappointing. One of my main reasons to buy the thing was that I thought It would support the library like iOS does. Bummer.

    I found a bit of a work around...  If you create a shared folder in icloud photos they can then be shown through the photos app on the apple tv 4.  I just selected a couple of my favorite albums and copied them over.  Not the answer or solution I was hoping for...  But decent for sharing some photos quickly.

    @SDot2 Thank you for sharing this idea.

     

    Let's hope that Apple will include full iCloud Photo Library functionality to ATV4 soon. I really can't see why they wouldn't do it, and I guess everybody who uses this feature on Mac and iOS would appreciate to be able to show it off on the big screen.
