IBook old charger work wth iBook G4

Hi, I would like to know if the iBook charger, the yo yo one, would work with an iBook G4, Thanks

Macintosh Classic, iBook G4, iMac G3, Powerbook 1400cs, Power Macintosh 6500/300, Mac OS X (10.4.8)

...will not work with newer ibooks. The newer books require a smaller plug.

ok, so it wouldnt work even If i connect to my ibook g4, I think someone say me that yes, even if its larger. Can anyone truth this? thanks

There were two different types of iBook yo yo chargers made one for the clamshells, Pismo, Lombard, Wallstreet, Broze and Kanga powerbooks G3. This yo yo also could be used for the Powerbook: 2300c, 1400, 2400, 3400 models.
The other one was made for the G4 Titanuim Powerbook 2002, G4 Aluminum PowerBook 2003, 2004 and iBook G3 with Dual USB (Snow) 500MHz or higher models. Make sure that if you get one that you get the right one.

Both of these different models have different adapters plug receptacles and from what i have read on this suggests that it would not work if you use the incorrect model.
