Q: the option to email a page from a web site is no longer available in the icon box with arrow at top right hand

The option to email a page from a web site in the icon box with arrow is no longer available. How do I restore it?

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), iOS 9.0.2

Yes the email option is missing. I have tried to add it by going to extensions with no success. I have also tried the command into terminal as per Apple help.

1. Backup the computer.

2. Reinstall OS X El Capitan.
