Itunes freezes with Windows 10 when Plugging in Device

With the brand new Itunes that came out, 12. When I plug in my Iphone it freezes, unfreezes while recognizing the device. I've tried all sorts of things, all to no avail. Such as compatibility mode, reinstalling, repairing, and deleting files. I don't know what's wrong, please help me.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2

Based on what you stated, it seems like iTunes is freezing when you connect your device. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend you read this article, it should be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
