Mac Mini late 2014 upgrade problems to Windows 10

I have installed Windows 8.1 and currently is runnnig under latest Boot Camp version on my Mac Mini late 2014 model equipped with Intel Iris Graphics and running Mac OsX El Capitain.

Each time I try to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 using the Media Creation tool (automatic download of Windows 10 does not trigger the Windows 10 download), the upgrade does not pass the check for compatible Windows 10 hardware and drivers and it reports that the Intel Iris chipset is not supported by Windows 10 and then the upgrade procedure is stopped.

Does anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Is there a solution for this problem? (i.e. using some graphic card generic drivers during the Sw upgrade and let me install manually the Intel Windows 10 Iris graphics drivers after that)

I did finally get the windows 10 upgrade to work on my late 2014 mac mini from windows 7. You have to go to the device manager and uninstall the graphics driver and check the option to delete the driver files. Do not restart the computer. Windows will then install a standard graphics driver. Uninstall the standard graphics driver and again do not restart the computer. The installation should now proceed without the incompatible hardware error. Worked for me anyway. I spent many hours figuring this out.
