When I go into voicemail and select greeting on the page that says Greeting at top and has option for Default and Custom, no matter what I hit nothing changes. It wont let me record or play. Only thing that works is cancel and return back to voicemail. Help! I have iOS9.0.2

You have to call your cell number from the cellphone. It will take you to your voicemail and just listen to the options to change or reset your voicemail.
