Receiving message cannot connect to server from certain websites

IPAD with 9.0.2 OS. Cannot access certain websites, notably airlines such as Southwest.com or United.com. Was also having trouble with Hilton.com and Betty Crocker.com but those eventually load after a long wait. I can access those sites from a PC and when I take the IPAD to Starbucks or the library. Was previously able to access those sites prior to October1, 2015.

What happens when you try to access these sites? You say that you are able to access from Starbucks or library. Where is it that you cannot access the sites? Is this a Wi-Fi only device? If this is your home Wi-Fi, have you rebooted your router at home?

Take a look at your wireless router for possible breach that is affecting your iPad. Reset and reconfigure your router, if there's a security breach. If necessary, reload the router firmware.
