Oct 21, 2015 6:47 PM in response to Brien Tomassettiby a brody,Usually you can just drag and drop the items to desktop where there is nothing. That will remove them from the sidebar. If you are getting an error that you need to connect the server, it might be good if you can connect up a device that has the IP address in question on your LAN, so it isn't searching for that IP address. 192 is a local area network address, not an internet address.

Oct 22, 2015 10:39 AM in response to a brodyby Brien Tomassetti,Yep, drag out doesn't work. I get the error codes just by clicking them, and they are 100% unresponsive. I cannot re-connect to the server the shortcuts went to, because I am no longer at the company I worked for, and their idiotic IT folks just yanked the plug without proper dissolution of the account.o, I guess I might have to consider going in and totally re-installing my entire System OS, just to fix THEIR ineptitude... Wonderful.
