Q: People can't hear me on my 6s!

I have a new iPhone 6s and it is encased in a LifeBox. Everyone I have called or received calls from say they can't hear me! They report I sound like I am very, very far away!! The best reception I have had is over Bluetooth! But I don't have a Bluetooth equipped vehicle at my work. Please HELP!

remove your lifebox case and see what the results are when you make a call.
