HELP! BOOTCAMP HEADSET PROBLEM

Hello, I have a pretty big problem: I have windows 10 on my macBookPro mid2012 and an Astro A40 headset. But windows doesn't recognize the mic on my headet, only the audio out! what can I do to fix it?
